Why should I use an interior design service?
We have the vision and the expertise to know how to design your space to the best of its potential. Once we get to know you we will know what to recommend when it comes to the right scheme for your lifestyle, the right colours for your home, the right design for your needs, and the right products for your budget such as
lighting, furniture and accessories. At the end of our journey together your home will represent you in every single way.
Which project have you loved the most?
I love all our projects because I love working with people and maximising their home potential. One that has been a true labour of love is a family heritage home in St John’s Wood where we had to take into consideration their extensive art collection. Each room is filled with glorious stories and magical memories of their travels. The design, colour palette and furniture represent these lovely clients in every single way.
We don’t do trends – we do timeless! A cosy and homely feel makes the home timeless while still feeling lived in.
What fabrics do you love?
I love using soft fabrics that have texture and interest. Colourful florals are out for me!
What is the most challenging room in the house?
The kitchen is the heart of any home and it’s always challenge as it needs to be functional and aesthetically pleasing at the same time. A home is not a museum – we all know that – but with good design, you should be able to keep the space
tidy and functional while giving it wow factor.
Warm golden tones.
What is your interior decorating pet hate?
A feature wall is a no no. It’s done!
As we look ahead to summer, how can we flow our living space into the outdoor space?
If you are building an extension make sure the outdoor living space is on the same level as your interior and use similar materials on the floor for both areas. A great tip to make the most of your garden view is to hang the window dressing as high as possible, even up to the ceiling. This gives you a clear vista onto the outside space and means you do not block the natural light coming in.
